Introduction

Virgin Islands Professional Charter Association. Inc, (website url address: https://vipca.org) appreciates your business and trust. We are a non-profit 501c6 based in the U.S. Virgin Islands, working to unify, support and further the capabilities of the yacht charter industry in the U.S. Virgin Islands by providing compliance guidance, training, and one voice to assist in the development of industry standards for marine businesses continued growth and strength. Our objective is to represent the crew, vessels (owners and owner operators), charter brokers, marine vendors and marine service providers while advocating for a positive reputation locally, nationally and internationally.

Registration Data

If you register on our website as a member, we store your chosen username and your email address and any additional personal information added to your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit this information.

Third Party Access to Your Data

We don’t share your data with third-parties in a way as to reveal any of your personal information like email, name, etc. The only exceptions to that rule are for the Directories where we list your business website with the name of business and name of its owner or name of vessel. If you do not wish to be listed in a Directory please let VIPCA know that you wish to opt-out.

Google Analytics

Facebook

The Facebook page plugin is used to display our Facebook timeline on our site. Facebook has its own cookie and privacy policies over which we have no control.
