The Department of Labor-Office of Apprenticeship in partnership with VI State Apprenticeship Council (VISAC) is hosting an Employer Forum: Growing Talent Through Apprenticeship.
We invite you to join VIPCA Director Oriel Blake who shall serve as panelist, and learn more about our commitment to Registered Apprenticeships and how these unique work-based training programs make a difference in our community.

The event will feature Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) sponsors in the Virgin Islands and attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about the benefits of Registered Apprenticeship.

These “earn as you learn” models enable employers to fill open jobs, improve productivity and profitability, and reduce turnover while providing the American workforce with pathways to start new careers and acquire the skills needed for good jobs.
